After The Rain

If I could bottled the smell of the wet land after the rain
I’d make it a perfume and send it to your house
If one in a million stars suddenly will hit satellite
I’ll pick some pieces, they’ll be on your way

In a far land across
You’re standing at the sea
Then the wind blows the scent
And that little star will there to guide me

If only I could find my way to the ocean
I’m already there with you
If somewhere down the line
We will never get to meet
I’ll always wait for you after the rain

Dewi Malam

dewi malam ku pinta
seorang wanita pada pasir
dengan butirnya wajahmu terukir

ku pergi menghamba jawab pada air
didalamnya ku rasa hangatmu mengalir

kau datang dengan angin tak terasa
kau datang menghembus membelai muka
ku pinta bintang untuk berikan nama
ku dengar mereka sebut namamu

dewi malamku....

mengasihimu dan menyayangimu
aku rela pergi jauh ‘tuk itu semua
aku mencintaimu dan memilikimu
aku rela mati rasakan itu semua

aku ingin mencintaimu dengan sederhana

aku ingin mencintaimu dengan sederhana

dengan kata yang tak sempat diucapkan kayu kepada api

yang menjadikannya abu

aku ingin mencintaimu dengan sederhana

dengan isyarat yang tak sempat disampaikan awan kepada hujan

yang menjadikannya tiada
